3. Do you ship throughout the United Kingdom?

Yes. We currently deliver orders across the United Kingdom.


4. How long does shipping take?

  • Order Handling Time: 0–1 Business Day
  • Delivery (Transit) Time: 1–3 Business Days

Delivery times may vary during holidays or due to courier delays.


5. How much does shipping cost?

  • Orders under £100: £7.99 Shipping
  • Orders £100 or more: FREE Shipping

Shipping costs are shown during checkout before payment.


6. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept secure online payments through Stripe.

Stripe supports most major debit and credit cards.


7. Is my payment secure?

Yes.

All payments are securely processed through Stripe using industry-standard encryption. We do not store your full payment card information.


8. Can I return my order?

Yes.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and includes the original packaging.

9. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once your returned item has been received and approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.


10. Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been dispatched.


11. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)

Our support team will work to resolve the issue promptly.


12. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If tracking is available, the tracking information will be included.


13. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us immediately after placing your order.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to update the shipping address.


14. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes.

We offer FREE shipping on all orders of £100 or more within the United Kingdom.
