At London Pet & Garden Centre, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return or refund in accordance with the policy below.
30-Day Return Policy
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned with all original packaging, labels, and accessories.
- Not be damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accidental damage.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival:
- Used pet toys or accessories
- Products showing signs of wear or misuse
- Items returned after the 30-day return period
- Gift cards (if applicable)
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact our customer support team with the following information:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- Reason for the return
- Photos of the item (if it is damaged or defective)
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refunds are issued within 7 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by us, we will provide an appropriate solution at no additional cost.
For returns due to a change of mind or other customer-related reasons, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
